You will soon have two opportunities to “Double Dip” your passion for power as Club Auto Sport announces they will open up their doors and garages and host, not one but two, parties and celebrations of America's top spectator events, The National Football League's 44th annual Superbowl on February 7th and then on the following Sunday, February 14th, The Great American Race, NASCAR's own version of the Superbowl The Daytona 500.

Superbowl Sunday February 7, 2010

With a 3:28 pm scheduled kickoff time we'll open our doors at 2:00 PM on Sunday February 7, 2010 and be your host for everything from the build-up and expert predictions during the pre-game festivities through and including the locker room spraying of champagne and awarding of the Vince Lombardi Trophy and everything in between. It really doesn’t matter who’s playing - the Superbowl is always a "Spectacular" and the American version of a Roman Gladiatorial Battle. The only thing missing will be an appearance by Russell Crowe. We'll have pools & prizes with refreshments, soft drinks, mineral water, draft beer and house wine provided for your $25/person entry fee.* Those whose palates demand micro-brews, estate grown wines, single malt scotches and the like will be able to purchase a selection of these at the bar for an additional fee.

You can stay home and watch it on your sofa that day or get off the couch and come join old friends and make some new ones. Besides a full plate of football action and a major dose of "eye candy" you'll experience a new vision of half time entertainment from rock legends, The Who, blasting out on the screens and sound system in the Club Auto Sport event center. Weather permitting we'll be rolling out the Borelli Motorsports Motor home and Barbecue and doing some "Club Auto Sport Quality" tailgating. Bring your special ride and display it in the parking lot and become part of the show for no extra charge.

Daytona 500 Party Sunday Feb 14, 2010

Gentlemen, Start Your Engines! No, these are not the last four words of the National Anthem but on February 14th they might as well be as 250,000 fans in the stands and millions of TV viewers stand up and cheer for the Daytona 500. This will be the 52nd running of the Great American Race, the event that put NASCAR on the map. The race has a scheduled 10:00 am start time so we will have the doors open at 8:30 am with coffee, juice and donuts provided for the tension-filled buildup and pre-race festivities.

As the race progresses we’ll have plenty of refreshments available with your individual pit stop tickets including two high-octane drink passes with your $25/person admission fee*. Wine will not be available that day, except for special requests and for a price – After all - this is a NASCAR race - not some choral recital. Special racing simulators will be available so you can try out your skills on the Daytona 500 superspeedway course.

Among the Historic Nascar stock cars on display that day will be the 1980 Daytona 500 winning Buddy Baker Oldsmobile and Sterling Marlin’s 1992 pole winning Maxwell House Ford Thunderbird. There will be plenty of time for some “back in the day” bench racing and photo opportunities. Weather concerns? Sorry, no rain checks but “No worries,” we’ll be partying and have plenty of backup video’s from past races and racing movies to keep everyone interested should rain delay or cancel things at Daytona..
